UK orders of £30 or more qualify for free delivery. Choose from the delivery services and charges shown at checkout.

A problem with your order?
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can look into it.
Include your order number and a description of the problem in your message.
Returns & refunds
Food returns depend on the product and whether its seal has been opened. Eligible sealed sweets can be returned under our returns policy. Opened food and genuinely personalised favours have change-of-mind exclusions.
If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch. Your consumer rights are unaffected.
